Dubai Municipality to Construct Five Community Neighbourhood Councils

In alignment with the 'Year of Community' 2025 initiative, Dubai Municipality, in collaboration with the Community Development Authority, has awarded contracts for the construction of five new community neighbourhood councils across various residential areas in Dubai. The designated locations for these projects are Nad Al Sheba II, Al Awir II, Al Barsha South I, Al Warqa II, and Hatta.

Each council will encompass an area of 1,256 square metres, incorporating multi-use halls, prayer spaces, staff offices, and other essential amenities. The construction of the councils in Al Barsha South I, Al Warqa II, Nad Al Sheba II, and Al Awir II is projected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2025, while the Hatta council is scheduled for completion by the second quarter of 2026.
