BEGAD Unveils Stripped-Back Freestyle ‘INSAN’ ft. ILMOND
Through completely unfiltered flows with no calculated hooks or fixed structure, Begad and Ilmond trade contemplative verses about relationship, heartbreak and disillusionment.

Egyptian rising artist Begad returns with a stripped-back freestyle single ‘Insan’, featuring Ilmond.
The track tackles themes of heartbreak and disillusionment, offering a glimpse into the silent chapter of Begad’s life, and capturing his stream of thoughts and raw emotions through completely unfiltered flows with no calculated hooks or a fixed structure. Kicking off with mellow and sombre keys, the track’s expansive production is minimalistic, emphasising slower and moodier beats. Ilmond’s contemplative and detached tone in the delivery complements Begad’s introspective themes, adding a deeper texture that reinforces the track’s emotionally-charged motifs and melancholy.
“I made this track to express what I was feeling during a time when I was quiet and withdrawn. I wanted those around me to understand. These were my feelings, and this was my way of letting them out,” Begad tells SceneNoise.
