Since 2021, Drop The Shop has been a go-to destination for street-savvy urban wear at its original location in Sheikh Zayed’s Arkan Plaza. The concept fashion store showcases a blend of local brands and select international pieces. Just in time for summer, Drop The Shop has expanded to Egypt’s North Coast with two new branches at Almaza Bay and The Hub Marassi.

“It’s our first time opening in Sahel, and we’re doing it with two stores at the same time. It’s been a lot of effort to bring everything together, but it has paid off,” shares Hussein Shahbender, Founder of Drop The Shop, in an interview with SceneStyled.

For those extending their weekend getaway into a longer summer stay in Sahel, Drop The Shop offers a convenient solution for all fashion needs. From designer footwear to quirky swimwear, the store ensures you have everything you need without making a trip back to Cairo.

“When I look at things to curate, I seek out pieces that I know are about to be in,” says Shahbender. “Sometimes we curate things that people initially just trash-talk, then before you know it, everyone’s wearing them. It’s about having fashion foresight,” he adds.
