Egypt’s Cairokee to Bring Their Iconic Sound to AlUla on June 8th
Performing at Thanaya, the Egyptian rock band will deliver a high-energy show against AlUla’s desert backdrop.

Egyptian rock pioneers Cairokee are set to light up AlUla’s Thanaya on Saturday, June 8th, in what promises to be a high-octane night of music and emotion beneath the stars. Known for blending anthemic rock with socially charged lyrics, the band will perform a dynamic setlist featuring crowd favourites like ‘Basrah w Atooh’, ‘El Sheka Shemal fe Shemal’, ‘Samurai’, ‘Ya Abyad Ya Eswed’, and ‘Layla’.
Set within the heart of AlUla’s ancient landscape, Thanaya offers an intimate open-air concert experience surrounded by dramatic rock formations and the echoes of history. The concert is part of AlUla Moments, a seasonal programme bringing major regional and international acts to Saudi Arabia’s heritage-rich northwest.
The show follows Cairokee’s upcoming international stop in Istanbul on May 17th, underscoring the band’s growing global presence. Doors open at 9 PM, and tickets start from SAR 350, available via Experience AlUla’s official website.
