Dubai Is Getting Its Own Trump Hotel & Tower With World’s Highest Pool

Set to soar 350 metres above Sheikh Zayed Road, the newly announced Trump International Hotel and Tower will mark the Trump Organisation’s first high-rise in Dubai—and the Middle East’s only Trump-branded tower. 

Developed in collaboration with Dar Global, the 80-storey skyscraper will crown the entrance of Downtown Dubai, offering panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and Arabian Sea.

Inside, the tower will feature luxury hotel rooms and suites, residents-only resort-style pools, and a private, members-only club known simply as The Trump. At its peak, two sky-pool penthouses—modelled after the iconic Trump Tower penthouse in New York—will feature soaring floor-to-ceiling windows framing the city skyline.

World-class amenities and personalised service will define the guest experience, while the building’s prime address places it at the heart of Dubai’s most dynamic urban corridor. 

This project marks the fifth regional collaboration between Dar Global and the Trump Organisation, following ventures in Jeddah and Oman.
