Abu Dhabi to Host 7th Culture Summit in April 2025
The three-day summit will explore the role of culture in shaping an inclusive and sustainable global future.

Abu Dhabi will host the seventh edition of the Culture Summit from April 27th to the 29th, 2025, at Manarat Al Saadiyat in the Saadiyat Cultural District. Organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, the summit will gather international leaders from the cultural and creative industries to examine how culture can contribute to human development and address global challenges.
Held under the theme ‘Culture for Humanity and Beyond’, the 2025 edition aims to explore the evolving relationship between culture and society in a rapidly changing world. Over three days, the programme will include panels, workshops, and artist talks addressing key issues at the intersection of culture, technology, policy, and sustainability.
The opening day will focus on how global events—such as digital transformation, geopolitical shifts, and economic inequality—are reshaping cultural ecosystems and influencing societal values. The second day will turn to the impact of technological innovation, including artificial intelligence and biotechnology, on cultural production, access, and identity. The final day will explore how cross-sector collaboration and cultural innovation can foster more inclusive and sustainable futures, both regionally and internationally.
The summit is being held in partnership with several prominent global institutions, including UNESCO, The Economist Impact, the Guggenheim Museum and Foundation, the Design Museum, the Recording Academy, and Google.
Culture Summit Abu Dhabi is positioned as a leading global platform for cultural diplomacy, bringing together policymakers, artists, technologists, and academics to exchange ideas on how culture can be used as a tool for positive social and economic transformation.
