Shuffle | Sep 4 - Sep 17
This edition of our bi-weekly sonic cocktail playlist 'Shuffle' features standout tracks regional favourites, like Lana Lubany, El Far3i and Molotof.

In this week’s Shuffle, SceneNoise’s bi-weekly playlist spotlighting new releases from the MENA region and its diaspora, presents an eclectic mix of sounds from the likes of Lana Lubany, El Far3i, Molotof, and more.
UK-based Palestinian American artist, Lana Lubany, leans into her villain alter ego on a self-love anthem ‘Khalas’, while Palestinian-Jordanian artist, El Far3i, strips things back on ‘Ghalta’, a slow-burning meditation on the paralysis many Arabs feel in such uncertain times.
The playlist also features Lebanese rising artist, Yal Solan, with ‘Manam’, a preview from her upcoming collaborative album that reflects her emotional freeze response to the ongoing political and social turmoil in her homeland. We also have Egyptian producer, Molotof, reimaging 47Soul’s iconic ‘Intro to Shamstep’ with his signature molowave flair, while Hady Moamer closes out with ‘El Mal W El Gonoon’, an instrumental cut from his new album ‘Marsam’.
